Philip Jenkins (PJ)

Since 2008, PJ has been improving productivity, profitability, and workplace culture with Benchmark Business Solutions.

Part of what creates success with the businesses he partners with is his 40+ years of experience in management, team development, sales management, and marketing across a range of organisations and industries both in Australia and internationally.

His no-nonsense approach and genuine care for people is refreshing and the reason that both employees and employers respond so well to his coaching.

When he’s not helping small and medium sized businesses to scale, PJ will usually be found watching test cricket, referring a rugby union match, or playing squash.
