Do you offer set sales training courses that anyone can attend?
No. All of our sales training takes place online and is customised to suit your specific sales team’s needs. We will work with you to identify the training areas that will have the most leverage so you get maximum return on your investment.
How can we measure success of the sales training?
That depends on your business. First, we will help you to identify what the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are in your business – this could be number of leads, revenue, margin, dollar per sale, or something else. Do you come to our premises?
That all depends on location. Most of the sales management we do is done online via video calls, phone calls and emails. If you prefer to have someone on site, we can discuss whether that might work for both parties.
Do you work with B2B or B2C businesses?
We have a wide array of experience working in both spaces and are happy to work with you no matter what your business sells or who you sell to (as long as it’s ethical). Sales management skills are highly transferrable between industries.
How long do you offer sales management contracts for?
We only offer short term contracts of up to x months. The idea is that we are there to help you sort out your sales process and get your sales team performing and then you find a permanent employee to take over the sales management position. This can make the role more appealing to quality candidates and ensure you aren’t having to do it yourself!
